This morning I did not feel like running. My sleep pattern is off this summer and I have been staying up way too late (11pm) and waking up way to early (5am). I completely realize that a lot of people get a lot less sleep than me and I am not whining as this is completely my own fault. Anyway I have the above picture set as my screen savor on my home computer and after I read it this morning I was out the door in 10 seconds flat.
Whether it is a friend that is dealing with an ongoing injury or illness, someone who physically cannot run, or someone that has passed on from this earth we all know someone who CAN’T RUN!
Lets run for them. Today I ran for my brother and although I was tired I ran hard for him because I know he would do the same for me.
